What is a SWOT analysis and how is it conducted?

A SWOT analysis is a tool that’s used to evaluate the strengths, the weaknesses, the opportunities, and the threats of any given company or even a department. This is done through research analysis. It’s done through interviewing of employees. It’s done through researching and evaluating your company culture, your core values, processes. Pretty much everything that drives the company or the department to be who they are today, and then provides an analysis at the end for you to understand where you could be going in the future.
